Greensoft GMC has been working with the Republic of Sudan and The World Bank to develop a National REDD+ Strategy (NRS) for the country. Our Director Nelson Gapare participated in a two-day consultation workshop to facilitate the creation of the National Forest Monitoring System (NFMS) in October of 2019. Greensoft GMC is continuing its collaboration and will be presenting a final report on Sudan’s revised NRS and Policies and Measures (PAMs) to the Government at the end of this year.
